The percentage of voting rights held by Delta Partners, LLC in GEA Group
Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the threshold of 3 percent on February 2, 2007
and then stood at 3.1 percent or 6,024,159 of the total 194,366,618 voting
rights in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft. All of these voting rights were
conferred on Delta Partners, LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no.
6 German Securities Trading Act.
