Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on E.ON AG,
Düsseldorf, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007614406, WKN: 761440, have fallen below
the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 17, 2007 and now amount to 2.75%
(this corresponds to 19044265 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 0.16% of the
voting_rights (this corresponds to 1088685 voting rights) is to be
