Ludwig Beck am Rathauseck-Textilhaus Feldmeier AG / Dividend
Release of an Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG, transmitted by
DGAP - a company of EquityStory AG.
The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders held on May 25,
2007 decided to pay a dividend of EUR 0.20 per share for 3,360,000
dividend-bearing share certificates.
The dividend will be distributed from May 29, 2007 and paid out by the
Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG.
The dividend will be paid without deduction of capital gains tax and
without tax credit because it constitutes a deposit reimbursement from the
deposit account for tax purposes as defined in § 27 Section 1 of the German
Corporation Tax Act (Körperschaftssteuergesetz, KStG). The dividend also
constitutes tax-free earnings as defined in § 20 Section 1.1, Sentence 3 of
the German Income Tax Act (Einkommensteuergesetz, EstG).
