Notification pursuant to Article 26, WpHG (Securities Trading Act)

Termühlen Beteiligungen Verwaltungs GmbH, 69251 Gaiberg, has notified us in
accordance with article 21, section 1 WpHG that on 22nd May 2007, its
percentage holding of voting rights in MLP AG, Alte Heerstraße 40, 69168
Wiesloch, fell below the threshold of 5% and the threshold of 3% and now
amounts to 1.56%. This corresponds to 1,700,000 votes.

Dr. Bernhard Termühlen, 24357 Fleckeby, has notified us in accordance with
article 21, section 1 WpHG that on 22nd May 2007 his percentage holding in
voting rights in MLP AG, Alte Heerstraße 40, 69168 Wiesloch, fell below the
threshold of 5% and the threshold of 3% and now amounts to 1.56%. This
corresponds to 1,700,000 votes. Of these, 1.56% of the voting rights
(1,700,000 votes), which are held by Termühlen Beteiligungen Verwaltungs
GmbH, are attributable to him in accordance with Article 22, section 1,
sentence 1, No.1 WpHG.
