JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited, London, UK, advised us on 1 June 2007
that their shareholding in Amadeus FiRe AG exceeded the 3% threshold and
amounted to 3.04% (equivalent to 158,112 shares) in relation to all shares
of the respective voting shares on 29 May 2007. All voting rights are
attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited, London, UK, according
to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.

2007 that their shareholding in Amadeus FiRe AG exceeded the 3% threshold

according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2
WpHG results from JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited, London, UK.
