With approx EUR18.0 Mio CeoTronics achieved second highest revenue in the
company history // Order backlog approx. EUR8,478 thousand(+ 147%
year-on-year)

CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication (ISIN: DE0005407407),
Adam-Opel-Straße 6, 63322 Rödermark, Germany, listed on the PRIME Standard
and the 'Technology All Share' index, achieved consolidated revenues in
accordance with IFRS as of May 31, 2007 of approx. EUR17,966 thousand.
Compared to the revenue record of the year before (EUR18,060 thousand)
revenues decreased slightly by approx. 0.5%

The order backlog increased, compared to the record level of the previous
year, again by approx. 147% to approx. EUR8,478 thousand.

Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:

Some project that CeoTronics 'counted on' were not delivered and invoiced
before May 31, 2007. Reasons for that were that some orders came in later
as expected or not jet occurred. That is why CeoTronics slightly missed the
ambitious sales target of approx. EUR18.2 Mio by just approx. 1.3%. Due to
the facts stated before the order backlog as of May 31, 2007, even from an
already high level, once again increased fairly.

The final detailed consolidated figures will be published as always after
audition likely on August 17, 2007.

'This order backlog together with the expected investments in radio
equipment from the authorities due to the shift to digital radio systems in
Germany are the reasons for our positive perspective for the next business
years', commented Thomas H. Günther, Chairman of the Board of Management.
