informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on KOENIG & BAUER AG, Würzburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0007193500, WKN: 719350, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on May 18, 2007 and now amount to 3.95%.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG, 3.95% of the
voting rights is to be attributed to the company.
