UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland has notified us on June 4, 2007 according to §
21 para 1 WpHG in correction of its notification of voting rights dated May
30, 2007 that on May 22, 2007 its share in the voting rights of our company
has crossed the threshold of 3 % and at that day amounts to 3.99 %
(19,984,306 voting rights). Of these voting rights 0.04 % (189,210 voting
rights) are assigned to UBS AG according to § 22 para s. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
