Securities Trading Act]

UBS AG, 8098 Zurich, Switzerland - in accordance with § 21 para. 1 WpHG -
notified us of the following:

'We hereby notify you in accordance with § 21 para. 1 WpHG, that on 31 May
2007 we have exceeded the 5% threshold of the share of voting rights in
Deutsche Börse AG (ISIN DE0005810055), Neue Börsenstrasse 1, 60487
Frankfurt/Main. Now our share amounts to 6.80% (this corresponds to
6,800,167 voting rights).

Thereof are 0.02% (20,643 voting rights) to be attributed pursuant to § 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG to UBS AG.'
