PATRIZIA Immobilien AG: Release in according to article 26, section 1 WpHG
(Securities Trading Act)

On June 13, 2007, ODIN Forvaltning AS, Oslo, Norway, has informed us
according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
on PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on June 5, 2007
and now amount 3.053 %. This corresponds to 1,591,465 voting rights.

According to article 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG, the voting rights are
in its entirety attributed to ODIN Forvaltning AS.
