PATRIZIA Immobilien AG: Release in according to article 26, section 1 WpHG
(Securities Trading Act)

On June 14, 2007, Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC, Short Hills, USA, has
informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG),
Augsburg, Germany, have exceeded the 5 % limit of the voting rights on June
8, 2007 and now amount 5.06 %. This corresponds to 2,635,805 voting rights.

According to article 22 paragraph 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG, the voting rights
are in its entirety attributed to Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC.
