in its disclosure dated 15 June 2007 in accordance with Section 21 par. 1
WpHG that the proportion of its voting rights in Norddeutsche Affinerie AG,
20539 Hamburg, Germany, on 11 June 2007 fell below the thresholds of 10 %,
5 % and 3 % and it no longer holds any shares in Norddeutsche Affinerie AG.

L. Possehl & Co. mbH, 23552 Lübeck, Deutschland, has informed us in its
disclosure dated 15 June 2007 in accordance with Section 21 par. 1 in
connection with Section 22 par. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG that the proportion
of its voting rights in Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, 20539 Hamburg, Germany,
held on 11 June 2007 fell below the thresholds of 10 %, 5 % and 3 % and it
no longer holds any shares in Norddeutsche Affinerie AG.

The Possehl-Stiftung (Foundation), 23552 Lübeck, Deutschland, has informed
us in its disclosure dated 15 June 2007 in accordance with Section 21 par.
1 in connection with Section 22 par. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG that the
proportion of its voting rights in Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, 20539
Hamburg, Germany, as of 11 June 2007 fell below the thresholds of 10 %, 5 %
and 3 % and it no longer holds any shares in Norddeutsche Affinerie AG.

Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Kaiserstrasse 16, 60311 Frankfurt, Germany,
has informed us in its notification dated 15 June 2007 in accordance with
Section 21 par. 1 WpHG that the proportion of its voting rights in
Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, Hovestrasse 50, 20539 Hamburg, Germany, on 11
June 2007 exceeded the threshholds of 3 %, 5 % and 10 % and subsequently
amounted to 10.35 % (this corresponds to 2,845,470 shares).

At the same time Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Kaiserstrasse 16, 60311
Frankfurt, Germany, advised us that the proportion of the voting rights of
Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Kaiserstrasse 16, 60311 Frankfurt, Germany,
in Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, Hovestrasse 50, 20539 Hamburg, Germany, on 15
June 2007 fell below the thresholds of 10 %, 5 % and 3 % and now amounts
to 0.33 % (122,937 shares).
