Travel24.com AG: Direkt-Touristik AG reports extensive co-operation with
discount retail chain Netto
Munich, 20. June 2007 - Travel24.com AG has arranged for an extensive and
exclusive co-operation with Netto Marken-Discount GmbH & Co oHG.
Direkt-Touristik AG, a wholly- owned subsidiary of Travel24.com AG, will
provide the retail group with attractive travel packages and expects sales
resulting from this collaboration in an amount of ca. EUR 3m - 6m in 2007.
Next year, turnover in excess of EUR 10m is expected to result from the
sales partnership. Netto records around 5m customers per week and - with up
to 100 new store openings per year - is among the fastest-growing retail
companies in Germany.

Starting on 20. June 2007, all estimated 1,200 Netto stores will offer on a
monthly basis exclusive travel bargains supplied by Direkt-Touristik AG.
Every month, Direkt-Touristik AG will provide a highly attractive travel
bargain in addition to 4 travel arrangements.

Following Tchibo, Netto is the second large retail group which was acquired
as a distribution partner. Thus, the group’s tour operating activities can
report successful market penetration only months after its inception.
Further co-operations with German partners are currently at a promising
stage of negotiation, so that additional significant contact conclusions
may be expected in the near future.

Direkt-Touristik AG is working towards supplying packaged tours in other
European countries in the medium term. Travel24.com AG expects net sales of
€ 10m - 20 m in the current business year from the development of its own
travel products and net sales of € 20m - 30 m in 2008.
