On June 19, 2007 , JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc. New York, USA has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Software AG, Darmstadt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0003304002,
WKN: 330400, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 14,
2007 and now amount to 3.05% (this corresponds to 868211 Voting Rights).
According to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with
sentence 2 WpHG, 3.05% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 868211
voting rights) is to be attributed to the company.
