DHL owns an equity share in ASTAR Air Cargo Holdings LLC (49% equity stake
and 24.9% of voting rights shares). ASTAR Air Cargo Inc., a 100% subsidiary
of ASTAR Air Cargo Holdings LLC has approached ABX Air Inc. with respect
to a possible offer for ABX Air Inc.. Discussions are at a preliminary
stage and there can be no certainty as to their outcome.
