Jahr Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG with registered office in
Hamburg/Germany has notified us that their part in the voting rights in our
company by 25th June 2007 has fallen below the treshholds of 50%, 30%, 25%,
20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% and that by 25th June 2007 their part amounted to
749,609 voting rights corresponding to 0.29%.

Note: Until 25th June 2007 there has been a voting agreement with the
members of the Henkel family share-pooling agreement, pursuant to which
51.48% (133,751,301 voting rights) have been attributed to Jahr
Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG according to sec. 22. WpHG.
