amendatory to their notification as of June 26 (published June 27, 2007)
that according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG via shares its Voting Rights
on ARQUES Industries AG, Starnberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005156004, WKN:
515600, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 19,
2007 and now amount to 2.62% (this corresponds to 696200 Voting Rights).

2.62% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 696200 voting rights) are
to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG in connection with sentences 2 and 3.
