HanseYachts AG: Interim Report for Q1 - Q3 2006/07

Sales grow by 50 percent - Earnings more than doubled
Hanse Yachts exceeds its own expectations
Fjord Open now in series production - Delays with Cruiser
Outlook for 2006/07: Sales > +40 percent, Earnings > +50 percent
Record advance orders received for 2007/08

Greifswald, July 2, 2007 - HanseYachts AG in Greifswald, one of the 5
largest suppliers of sailing yachts worldwide, achieved earnings before
taxes of EUR 5.9 million on sales of EUR 64.6 million and thus nearly
equalled the level of sales and earnings for all of last year (EUR 66.3
million and EUR 6.1 million) by the end of the 3rd quarter (01/08/2006 -
30/04/2007). Compared to the same period last year, sales thus increased by
around 50 percent and earnings more than doubled.

This is chiefly attributable to the heavy demand for Hanse yachts. In
conjunction with a sustainable shortening of production cycles recently
achieved, we were able to build a total of more than 600 boats, thereby
significantly surpassing our own planning.

Fjord Open now in series production - Delays with Cruiser
Now that the first Fjord 40 Open and Fjord 40 Cruiser motor yachts have
been built, the Fjord 40 Open has gone into assembly-line production.
HanseYachts produces motor and sailing yachts as the first supplier of
recreational boats to do so with one single assembly line. The Fjord 40
Cruiser will still require some modification because of its complexity
before it can also be included in our assembly-line for sailing yacht
production, presumably in autumn of 2007. This will not change anything in
the overall planning for the coming year.

Moody - Initial advance orders received
At the beginning of May, conception for the new Moody 45 DS was presented
to the Moody Owners Association in England and was positively received. The
interest throughout the market is already so compelling that for the first
time advance orders have started to come in at a relatively early stage of
development.

Outlook for 2006/07: Sales > +40 percent, Earnings > +50 percent
Despite the delays in starting assembly-line production of Fjord 40 models,
for fiscal year 2006/07 HanseYachts AG is expecting an increase in sales of
more than 40 percent compared to last year. Earnings before taxes should
rise by more than 50 percent compared to last year.

Record advance orders received for 2007/08
This will not change anything with respect to our expectations for 2007/08.
Advance orders received for 2007/08 were even greater than our planned
production figures prior to presentation of our new, innovative models in
the compact range of the 32-foot and 35-foot classes. Consequently, we are
expecting to produce substantially more than 1000 yachts for the entire
Group in fiscal year 2007/08. This has been underscored by our current
figures. In June alone revenues of more than EUR 10 million were taken in
just with the Hanse brand.
