Re. Notification pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG

1.We hereby give notice, pursuant to §21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 29th
June, 2007 the percentage holding of the voting rights held by Powe Capital
Management LLP in InVision Software AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and at
that date amounted to 3.36% (75,000 shares). All of those voting shares are
attributable to Powe Capital Management LLP pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent.
1 no. 6 WpHG. The attributed voting rights are attributed by Principia
Europe (Master) Fund Ltd, the voting rights of which exceed 3%.

2.We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 29th
June, 2007 the percentage holding of the voting rights held by Principia
Europe (Master) Ltd in InVision Software AG exceeded the threshold of 3 %
and at that date amounted to 3.36% (75,000 shares) of the Ordinary Share
Class.
