A-TEC Industries AG, 1010 Vienna, Austria, has informed us in its
announcement dated 29 June 2007 in accordance with Section 21 par. 1 WpHG
that its share of the voting rights in Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, 20539
Hamburg, Germany, had reached and exceeded the threshold of 15 % on 27 June
2007 and amounts to 15.1277 % (this corresponds to 5,620,600 votes).

M.U.S.T. Privatstiftung, 1010 Vienna, Austria, has informed us in its
announcement dated 29 June 2007 pursuant to Section 21 par. 1 in
combination with Section 22 par. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG that the share of
the voting rights of A-TEC Industries AG, 1010 Vienna, Austria, in
Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, 20539 Hamburg, Germany, had reached and exceeded
the threshold of 15 % on 27 June 2007 and amounts to 15.1277 % (this
corresponds to 5,620,600 votes).

These voting rights are to be fully attributed to M.U.S.T. Privatstiftung
pursuant to Section 22 par. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
