On June 29, 2007, pursuant to article 21, section 1 WpHG, Dr. h.c. Klaus
Tschira of Germany informed SAP AG, Dietmar-Hopp-Allee 16, 69190 Walldorf,
Germany, that his holding of voting rights in SAP AG had, on June 29, 2007,
become less than the threshold value of 10% and that on June 29, 2007 his
holding was 124,364,688 shares, that is to say 9.81% of the voting rights.
Of these shares, 122,804,688, that is to say 9.68% of the voting rights,
are ascribable to Dr. h.c. Klaus Tschira according to article 22, section
1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG. Voting rights of the following shareholders,
whose holding of voting rights in SAP AG are each 3% or more, are
ascribable to Dr. h.c. Klaus Tschira:
- Klaus Tschira Stiftung gGmbH of Heidelberg/Germany,
- Dr. h.c. Tschira Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG and its general partner, Dr.
h.c. Tschira Verwaltungs GmbH, both of Rauenberg/Germany.

On June 29, 2007, pursuant to article 21, section 1 WpHG, Klaus Tschira
Stiftung gGmbH of Heidelberg/Germany informed SAP AG that its holding of
voting rights in SAP AG had, on June 29, 2007, become less than the
threshold value of 5% and that on June 29, 2007 its holding was 59,474,048
shares, that is to say 4.69% of the voting rights.

Dr. h.c. Klaus Tschira and Klaus Tschira Stiftung gGmbH have explained that
their holdings became less than the threshold values of 10% and 5%
respectively because 5,016,000 voting rights previously ascribable
according to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 3 WpHG are no longer
ascribable to Klaus Tschira Stiftung gGmbH due to the third party's
statement of intent to exercise these voting rights independently of the
instructions of Klaus Tschira Stiftung gGmbH.
