according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Einbecker Brauhaus AG, Einbeck, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006058001,
WKN: 605800, have fallen below the 15% and 10% limit of the Voting Rights
on July 03, 2007 and now amount to 9.61% (this corresponds to 207680
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.47% of
