Voting Rights on E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007614406, WKN:
761440, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on July 12, 2007
and now amount to 5.013% (this corresponds to 34687032 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.114%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 28472194 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from E.ON Kraftwerke GmbH.
