CURA 12. Seniorencentrum GmbH, Hamburg, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Setion 1 of the WpHG on July 17, 2007, that via
shares her Voting Rights on MATERNUS-Kliniken AG (ISIN 000604401 / WKN
604400) on July 16, 2007 have exceeded the 75 % limit of the Voting Rights
and now amout to 79,45 % (16.660.532 Voting Rights).

On July 17, 2007 ,Ms Sylvia Wohlers de Meie, Österreich has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on MATERNUS-Kliniken AG, Langenhagen, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006044001, WKN: 604400, have exceeded the 75% limit of the Voting Rights
on July 16, 2007 and now amount to 79,45% (this corresponds to 16.660.532
Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 79.45%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 16.660.532 Voting Rights) is to
be attributed to Ms Wohlers de Meie via CURA 12. Seniorencentrum GmbH,
Hamurg. CURA 12. Seniorencentrum GmbH, Hamburg is the holder of the Voting
Rights on MATERNUS-Kliniken AG.
