This is the correction of the notification published on June 22.
On June 19, 2007, JP Morgan Chase & Co. New York, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Software AG, Uhlandstrasse 12, 64297 Darmstadt, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on June 14, 2007 and amount to 3.05% (this corresponds to 868511
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with
Sentence 2 WpHG, 3.05% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 868211
Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company by JP Morgan Asset
Management Holdings Inc.. According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 1 WpHG, 0.001% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 300 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
