according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Software AG, Uhlandstrasse 12, 64297 Darmstadt, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400, have fallen below the 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on July 12, 2007 and amount to 2.98% (this corresponds to
848887 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with
sentence 2 WpHG, 2.98% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 848487
