informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on ARQUES Industries AG, Starnberg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005156004, WKN: 515600, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on July 17, 2007 and now amount to 1.55% (this corresponds to 410000
