On July 30, 2007 , Harris Associates Inc. Chicago, IL, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB,
have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 31, 2007 and now
amount to 4.55% (this corresponds to 351450 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 and Article 22,
Section 1, sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.55% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 351450 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
