informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
the Voting Rights in ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3,
WKN: A0KFKB - held by the European Asset Value Fund - have exceeded the 3%
limit of the Voting Rights on July 26, 2007 and now amount to 3.15% (this
