Drillisch AG: H1 Sales +25.7% to €169.9 million; EBITDA +29.6% to €17.0
million

Maintal, 14. August 2007 - The mobile-communications service provider
Drillisch (ISIN DE 0005545503) is continuating its positive development in
the first six months of 2007. With 2,1 million subscribers (H1-2006: 1,6 m)
sales increased by 25.7% to €169,9 million. EBITDA reached €17,0 million
(+29.6%). The EBITDA-Margin of the Group reached 10.0% in H1-2007 and 10.2%
in the second quarter, which is equivalent to our long-term profitability
corridor.

As plans stand now, we’re expecting sales of €390 million with 2.2 million
subscribers and an EBITDA of €37 million for the whole business year 2007.
