according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that it has exceeded the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights on August 14, 2007 of Norddeutsche
Affinerie AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006766504, WKN: 676650, and
now amounts to 3.14% (1166152 shares) in relation to all shares of the
respective voting shares.

The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to §
22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is
concerning 3.11% corresponding to 1156368 of the voting rights which
