of 3% of the voting rights of Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, Vosslohstraße 4,
58791 Werdohl on the 16th August 2007 and now amounts to 3.04% (450,321
shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares. All
voting rights are attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited
