Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Silicon Sensor International AG,
Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007201907, WKN: 720190, have exceeded the 3 %
limit of the Voting Rights on August 31, 2007 and now amount to 3.42 %
(this corresponds to 133,203 Voting Rights).

The Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH holds 0.68 % of the Voting Rights
direct (this corresponds to 26,499 Voting Rights) and according to Article
