for himself and on behalf of Christ Capital GmbH, Berlin, Germany,
according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that

1. via shares the Voting Rights of Christ Capital GmbH on HCI Capital AG,
   Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 10 % limit of the Voting Rights on
   September 4, 2007 and now amount to 10.0039 % (this corresponds to 2400937
   Voting Rights); and

2. that via shares his Voting Rights on HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Germany,
   have exceeded the 10 % limit of the Voting Rights on September 4, 2007 and
   now amount to 10.0039 % (this corresponds to 2400937 Voting Rights).
   According to Article 22, Section 1 No. 1, WpHG, the Voting Rights are to be
   fully attributed to him via Christ Capital GmbH.
