On September 06, 2007 , Absolute Capital Management Holdings Ltd. George
Town, Cayman Islands has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have exceeded the 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on August 31, 2007 and now amount to 3.574% (this
corresponds to 276080 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 and No. 6 of the
WpHG, 3.574% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 276080 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to the company from Absolute Germany Fund Ltd..
