The German subsidiaries of Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG, Maaß
Regenerative-Energien GmbH, Wesel, and Nastro-Umwelttechnik GmbH, Meppen,
from now on also legally operate as COLEXON GmbH. The official common
market appearance under the brand COLEXON as well as the increase of the
sales force are important strategic milestones of the company to further
exploit the growth potential in the PV market. Under the international
brand COLEXON the company plans and builds turnkey solar power plants for
institutional and commercial investors in Germany and worldwide. The
Spanish subsidiary already operates as COLEXON Iberia S.L.
