On September 17, 2007, Captiva Alstria 1 S.à r.l., Luxembourg (address: 25,
rue Goethe, L-1637 Luxembourg), informed us pursuant to article 21 section
1 sent. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz,
WpHG) that via shares its voting rights in Alstria Office AG, Hamburg,
Germany (address: Fuhlentwiete 12, 20355 Hamburg), ISIN: DE814716850, WKN:
A0LD2U have exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on September 14, 2007 and
on that date amounted to 9.78% (this corresponds to 5,476,800 voting
rights).

Pursuant to such notice, all of these 9.78% (this corresponds to 5,476,800
voting rights) were, subsequently to the acquisition by Captiva Alstria 1
S.à r.l. on September 14, 2007, transferred to CCT Corporate Nominees
Limited, Dublin, Ireland, as trustee on September 14, 2007 and now are
attributable to Captiva Alstria 1 S.à r.l. pursuant to article 22 section 1
sent. 1 no. 2 WpHG.
