HanseYachts Aktiengesellschaft, Tentative Figures for 2006/07: Record Sales and Earnings, EBIT climbs 77.2 percent to EUR 11 million

According to preliminary figures, HanseYachts AG has achieved record sales
and earnings for fiscal year 2006/07. Sales rose by 58.6 percent from EUR
66.3 million to EUR 105.2 million. A total of 850 yachts were produced in
fiscal year 2006/07 850 (585 yachts last year). HanseYachts AG’s EBITDA
went up by 71.3 percent from EUR 7.6 million to EUR 13 million and EBIT
grew by 77.2 percent from EUR 6.2 million to EUR 11 million. It was thus
able to increase its EBIT margin from 9 to 9.9 percent. In the current
fiscal year 2007/08, HanseYachts AG is expecting sales of between EUR 135
million and EUR 145 million. EBIT of from EUR 13.5 million to EUR 14.5
million is expected. Acquisitions have not been included in these figures.
However, they will continue to be a part of the overall strategy. On
October 30, 2007, HanseYachts will publish the final figures for the last
fiscal year that expired on July 31, 2007.
