London, United Kingdom, has informed us that it has fallen below the
threshold of 3 % of the voting rights of Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft,
Vosslohstraße 4, 58791 Werdohl on the 20th September 2007 and now amounts
to 2.99 % (442,025 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective
voting shares. All voting rights are attributed to JPMorgan Asset
Management (UK) Limited according to § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
