Notification of voting rights pursuant to Article 26, Section 1 of German
Securities Trade Act (WpHG)

FMR Corp., Boston, Massachusetts 02109, USA has notified us in accordance
with Article 21 Section 1 of the German Securities Trade Act (WpHG) that on
September 21, 2007 its holding of voting rights in MLP AG, Wiesloch,
Germany fell below the threshold of 5% and now amounts to 4.96% (5,392,590
units). The voting rights are attributable to FMR Corp. in accordance with
Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 2 in conjunction with Article 22 Section 1
Sentence 1 No.6 of the German Securities Trade Act (WpHG).
