The takeover of the shares of Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG from RSI
Societas GmbH, company of the eponym and principal shareholder Jörn
Reinecke, by the danish group DKA Consult ApS, already announced on
September 25th 2007, is now completed. Thus the DKA Consult ApS helds now
the shares and voting rights of the former shareholder. A corresponding
WpHG-news was released to the public today. The right of withdrawal until
its final settlement as well as the transfer of the shares and voting
rights, included in the purchase contract of Friday, 21.09.2007, was not
used.
The contract with DKA Consult ApS emerged from an existing project
cooperation with RPSE AG. For the new investor this investment represents a
strategic partnership with Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG, in which the
Danish group will act at the same time both as investor and as customer for
large solar power plants.
