Today the following news targeted at the Executive Board of Reinecke + Pohl
Sun Energy AG was released to the public:

Dear Sirs.

In accordance with § 21 para. 1 WpHG, I hereby notify you that on October
4, 2007, the share of voting rights in Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG, Große
Elbstr. 45, 22767 Hamburg, held by me, Lasse Lindblad, Aalsgaarde, Denmark,
exceeded the three per cent, the five per cent and the ten per cent
thresholds and now amounts to 14.43 per cent of voting rights (i.e. 712,645
shares of total of 4,937,000 shares with voting rights).

All these voting rights are attributed to me pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent.
1 No. 1 WpHG. DKA Consult ApS, Kongevejen 153, DK-2830 Virum, Denmark,
which is an undertaking controlled by me, directly holds 3 per cent or
more of the voting rights.
