Correction of notification pursuant sec. 26 WpHG of 3 October 2007

On 5 October, 2007 , Asset Value Investors (AVI) London, Great Britain has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on 27
September 2007 the voting interest held by the registered holders under the
discretionary management of AVI in ESTAVIS AG (Berlin, Germany, ISIN:
DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB) have exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounted
to 5.35% (413,238 shares) on this day.
All of these voting rights are attributable to AVI in accordance with sec.
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
Voting rights attributed by the European Asset Value Fund which hold
directly 3% or more of voting rights.
