Avenue, New York, NY 10017, USA), informed us pursuant to section 21 para 1
sent. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz,
WpHG) that via shares its voting rights in Alstria Office AG (address:
Fuhlentwiete 12, 20355 Hamburg), ISIN: DE814716850, WKN: A0LD2U, have
fallen below the voting right threshold of 5% on October 2, 2007 and on
that date amounted to 4.813% (this corresponds to 2,695,186 voting rights).
