'We hereby notify you in accordance with § 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 18
October 2007 we have exceeded the 3% threshold of the share of voting
rights in Deutsche Börse AG (ISIN DE0005810055), Neue Börsenstraße 1, 60487
Frankfurt/Main. Now our share amounts to 3.27% (this corresponds to
6,539,933 voting rights).
