threshold of 3 % of the voting rights of Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft,
Vosslohstraße 4, 58791 Werdohl on the 22nd October 2007 and now amounts to
2.97 % (439,517 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares. All voting rights are attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management (UK)
