Notification pursuant to Article 26, Section 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG)

FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, USA has notified us in accordance
with Article 21, Section 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that
on October 17, 2007 its holding of voting rights in MLP AG, Wiesloch,
Germany fell below the threshold of 3% and now amounts to 2.86% (3,114,053
units). The voting rights are attributable to FMR LLC in accordance with
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 in conjunction with Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1, No.6 of the German Securities Trade Act (WpHG).

FMR LLC has notified us that it is the legal successor of FMR Corp.,
Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
