Correction of a publication from 22. October 2007

On 19, October 2007 Highclere International Investors, London, informed us:
Highclere International Investors Limited, London, United Kingdom gave
notice, pursuant to sec. 21(1), 22 WpHG, that on 18 October 2007 the voting
interest in CeoTronics AG, Adam-Opel-Straße 6, 63322 Rödermark, Germany,
exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounts to 5,10% (112,270 voting rights in
relation to the total of 2,199,998) on this way.

As at 18 October 2007, 5,10% (5,10% or 112,270 voting rights) of the voting
rights are attributable to Highclere International Investor Limited,
through Highclere International Smaller Companies Fund, Westport, USA, and
The Highclere (Jersey) International Smaller Companies Fund, London, United
Kingdom, in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent no. 6 of the WpHG.
