Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006766504, WKN:
676650, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 24, 2007
and now amount to 3.59% (this corresponds to 1335596 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.20% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 75422 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from UBS AG.
