According to § 21 para. 1 WpHG, JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, United
States of America, has informed us that it has fallen below the threshold
of 3 % of the voting right of Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, Vosslohstraße 4,
58791 Werdohl on the 29th October 2007 and now amounts to 2.54 % (375,087
shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.

The attribution of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to §
22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG is
concerning 2.50 % corresponding 369,226 of the voting rights which results
from JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc.. Furthermore, the attribution
of the voting rights to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to § 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG is concerning 0.04 % corresponding to 5,861 of the
voting rights.
